Welcoming our new Chief Talent Officer Jennifer Remling

We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Jennifer Remling to our global family. Jennifer is not only our newest Essential, she’ll join us as Chief Talent Officer, a newly created position.

With over 15 years’ experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, Jennifer will be accountable for all matters employment brand, our talent pipelining and sourcing as well as bolstering our proprietary selection process to fuel the agency’s growth and success.

Jennifer will work closely with Dan Dobson-Smith, our Global Head of Talent and Culture, and our talent development team to better align acquisition and retention initiatives and continue to establish worldwide best practices.
