Running in a new direction
Charity running is hard work. But finding races to enter shouldn't be a sweat. So Cancer research UK asked for our help in supporting runners who raise thousands for the UK's largest charity.
We couldn't join them on the early morning training runs. Instead we designed and built a site to help them find events and organise their fundraising. We created it using our proprietary platform, Fig™. There are many advantages. Not least because it offers Cancer Research UK a way to add fundraising ideas and training tips via an easy to use interface.
Called Run for a Reason, the site features inspirational stories from other runners about why they're supporting the fight against cancer. It also has an interactive map, supporter resources, training guides and help with runner registration.
Simple to use and practical, it's great for everything from a gentle 5K jog to a lung-bursting Triathlon. Of course, none of this stops the blisters. But it does make organizing a charity run much less of a headache.
