Keeping Bebo in the picture
Bebo is a social networking site aimed at younger users. iGoogle is a personalised homepage featuring a Google search box.
The whole point of iGoogle is that users get to make it theirs. That means their content, their look and now, their Bebo account. How? Through the clever gadget Google and Bebo asked us to come up with. We built it using the Bebo Mobile API. A tool that only a handful of people have access to.
Sitting on an iGoogle page it acts like a little window on your Bebo account. Real-time updates mean you never miss out on your social networking. And though it's branded by Bebo, it's done in a way that doesn't encroach on any of the iGoogle properties. It's a delicate balancing act. A bit like your average teenager's life.
