Just four months ago we completed the acquisition of Black Bag Advertising and celebrated with you the news of our presence in San Francisco, CA. We are delighted with the progress we have already made with integration and how our West Coast business is gaining momentum.

To further reinforce our capabilities on the West Coast we have just completed the acquisition of Point Reach, a Seattle based mobile advertising agency. We are hugely excited about our further expansion on the West Coast and being able to offer best-in-class mobile media and creative capabilities anywhere in the world.

Point Reach is a highly acclaimed digital agency that delivers high quality, performance-driven campaigns, backed by strong analytics, for a portfolio of major brands including Disney, Walgreens, Stubhub and eBay, a client that it shares with us. Focused exclusively on mobile since 2009, the agency has many commonalities with Essence with its analytical rigour, its innovative culture and client-centric approach.

The Seattle team will be assuming the Essence Digital name and we will operate as a single global entity with Point Reach’s strong full-service mobile advertising solution capabilities spanning campaign strategy, creative development, media planning, and measurement support.
