FT wins Publisher of the Year

We’re so thrilled to share that the Financial Times, our client, won the Digiday Europe Awards’ Publisher of the Year accolade and took home the award for Best Publishing Innovation in Advertising for its “Paywall Pause” campaign to attract new readers.
“The Great FT Paywall Pause” aimed to help the FT to win over an entirely new audience and convince them to pay an annual subscription fee in an age of predominantly free content. By ‘pausing’ or opening up the paywall for a full 24 hours, the campaign showed potential new subscribers that they didn’t need to work at a hedge fund to enjoy the content that the FT had to share.
